As we know KL is famous for great shopping experience, they got a number of shopping malls and places, big and small in size. Most of them are easily reachable by Public transport or taxi services.
Mid Valley Megamall
One of the biggest shopping mall in KL located very near to KLSentral area.
Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Tower
Kuala Lumpur City Center is one of the major Shopping destination. Suria KLCC is a big mall tenanted with most of the world known branded showrooms. Also experience the Petronas Twin Tower view from outside and inside ( Some RM90++ ticket rate for entry to sky bridge/ Observation Deck. Book online as it will be difficult to get tickets which is limited to first come first serve basis. Select date and schedule and check availability. (/). Also there is good park and children’s pool.
Berjaya Times Square
Another Shopping Mall in city with a good Indoor Theme Park.
Sunway Putra Mall, PWTC
They have closed for renovation in Q2 of 2013. But seems all works has been done and ready to open. I saw the banners there about soft opening on 28th May, 2015.
The Gardens Mall
Connected to Midvalley mall, Gardens Mall offers some cream face of shopping with some pricy brands and showrooms.
Pavilion Mall
Another costly mall in terms of showrooms as you can see most of the world known expensive brands there. Located near Bukit Bintang, Pavillion offers good shopping experience.
Fahrenheit88
Located just opposite of Pavilion Mall, Fahrenheit88 also have good showrooms and shops.
Low Yat Plaza
KL’s biggest electronics and IT Mall, located near Bukit Bintang.
Sungei Wang Plaza
Another mall very near Low Yat, where you can try some bargain as well 🙂
Also there are Starhill Gallery mall, Lot 10 etc near this area.
Sogo KL
Good place for quick purchase of general home needs.
Recently opened and located very near to Medan Tunku Monorail station.
Nu Sentral
They got one of the best place for a shopping mall, yes at KL Sentral, the hub of most of the public transport systems in Kuala Lumpur.
Hanifa Department Store
A small but good mall/multi-storied shop for general items, especially for Indian items. We used to buy our home need items, indian spices etc from here.
