MyTeksi introduced GrabPay feature by which riders will be able to pay with credit/debit card when you book a GrabCar (Economy) or GrabCar+ (Premium) ride. This is very useful and we don’t need to carry cash always for your rides. You need to add your credit card details in the application and verify it. There’s a pre-authorisation process, also known as a hold of SGD1, but the hold will expire depending on the bank and no interest will be charged.
This cashless payment method is still in beta phase and you can provide feedback at [email protected].
